Xemplar is among the first commercial facilities in the world to offer inhalation development services. Xemplar is also the sole representative of Pharmask Inc. of Medfield, MA, which has developed a device that consists of a multi-part, snap together, injection molded plastic cloak which hides the canister and the MDI applicator as a means of concealing the identity of metered dose aerosol drugs and placebos while in clinical trial use. It has been designed so that it is easily assembled, yet very difficult to take apart.
